We provide Planned Maintenance as a way of budgeting and
reducing the cost for non critical repairs.
PM visits are built upon a scheduled
service, but also allow for bundling of site specific concerns.
Each store would be instructed to generate a list of any "non-priority /
non-emergency" maintenance or repair concerns present at their location,
to be addressed during their PM visit. (Some common items are missing base
cove, damaged laminate, hole in wall, leaky faucet, burned out lights /
ballasts.)
The frequency of PM visits can vary, but generally quarterly visits work well.
